You Are/Have:
Proficient with developer productivity and automated refactoring tools such as ReSharper
Solid understanding and/or hands-on experience with database technologies that include SQL Server and experience writing basic migration scripts to be executed by
YoYo, SQLAlchemy, or equivalent tool
Proven ability to quickly investigate, learn and deliver technical solutions
Proven ability to master new development tools and passion for learning
Exceptional communication, documentation and presentation skills
Experience working with git is strongly preferred
Experience with CQRS architectures
Experience working with messaging solutions such as Kafka
Experience using React, Angular or Vue.js is preferred
Experience working with cloud-native technologies within Azure, AWS or GCP is preferred
Experience with CI/CD using tools such as AzureDevOps, Octopus, or TeamCity is preferred
Demonstrated experience with Docker and Kubernetes is preferred
The Work:
Define overall technical solutions that govern the development effort of any project
Develop project architecture, prototypes, and proofs of concepts
Own responsibility for first feature reference implementations, software configuration management decisions, and application of appropriate libraries and tools
Conduct code reviews, define internal application architecture and solve unique and unanticipated technology problems ahead of the rest of the development team
Develop customized business software for a wide range of client projects across many industries
Analyze, design, code, test and deploy software on a variety of projects
For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

Here's what you need:
Minimum of 5 years' hands-on development experience with full stack Python technologies, including Python, HTML5, CSS, jQuery, Web API
Minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience with SQL (MSSQL, MySQL, etc.)
Minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience developing REST APIs (with or without Python Frameworks such as Django, Flask, etc.)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associates Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience).
Bonus Point if you have:
Experience with Distributed Messaging systems (Kafka and PubSub)
Experience building microservices, including decoupling applications and services from monolithic systems
Experience with Test Automation and Test Authoring
Experience with Continuous Integration (CI/CD) practices and tools (e.g. Buildkite)
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, etc.
Experience with leveraging monitoring and logging technologies (e.g. DataDog)
As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
