The Team
The Global Business Development department is the strategy and transformation function for Tommy Hilfiger (TH) Global/PVH Europe and its brands Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein. In this capacity, the department supports the TH Global/PVH Europe management in structuring strategic thinking, formulating multiyear group strategies, and running strategic transformation projects throughout the business: along the value chain from merchandising and design, to product development, sourcing and logistics; as well as in the various distribution channels, markets, and with M&A and partnerships.
Global Business Development department supports C level management, product divisions’ management (e.g. menswear, womenswear), functional departments’ management (e.g. supply chain and logistics), the central and country commercial retail and wholesale organizations’ management.

The Position
Reporting to the Business Development Senior Manager, the Business Analyst will work alongside our team members in the execution of strategic initiatives that boost our organization’s efficiency, effectiveness and overall performance. Analytical thinking, problem solving, project and stakeholder management and ensuring the highest quality of work are essential elements of this role.
We view the Business Analyst position as the start of a rewarding, and challenging career within the dynamic environment of PVH. You will build on the skills that you bring and develop new skills receiving guidance and training from our team members and our training center PVH University.
We are looking for a positive team player with great communication skills, that is not afraid to take on a challenge, and that is passionate about finding answers to complex problems and turning everything that she/he does into a success.
Key Responsibilities
Support our managers and directors with the execution of strategic & transformational projects, by:
- Gathering and analyzing data;
- Formulating and testing hypotheses;
- Developing and communicating recommendations;
- Implementing strategies, business processes and changeOwn a part of the planning, execution and controlling of a work stream / topic within a project
Work together with the business to develop high quality output
Support with the development of key strategic and business presentations for top management
Organize and facilitate meetings and workshops with all levels of the organization
The Ideal Candidate:
0-2 years of experience in management consulting or similar in-house position
Master’s degree from a leading business school/university
Outstanding people and relationship skills; and ability to interact with different levels of a multi-cultural, international organization
Flexible, and able to perform in a highly dynamic work environment
Independent, hands-on, able to prioritize, results oriented and structured
Ability to deal with a new and wide variety of topics
Real team player, does not take her/himself too seriously
Ambitious, highly motivated and with a focus on developing yourself
High standard of ethics, integrity and confidentiality
Excellent MS PowerPoint and Excel skills
Proficiency in English
Passion for the fashion and apparel industry
