BASIC FUNCTION
The Maintenance Technician role at Arizona Mills is a part-time position (approximately 15-20 hours a week with one weekday morning and one weekend morning). 
Responsibilities include: ensuring the cleanliness and functionality of our equipment- strollers and massage chairs, retrieving and returning strollers to our vending units, repairs as needed and interacting with both **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. and mall management.  This position reports to the District Service Manager.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES
Working knowledge of equipment and ability to perform maintenance and repairs.
Maintain clean equipment at all times.
Submit reports in an accurate and timely manner.
Understand work rules and the expectations of the facility and **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***..
Maintain regular contact with District Service Manager.
Ensure a safe working environment by ensuring all equipment is in good repair and working as designed.
Interact with facility management (mall management), to establish and maintain good rapport and excellent working relationships.
Other assignments as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Electrical and mechanical equipment repair skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Electro-mechanical proficiency
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Lift 40 lbs. to waist height
Apply a force of approx. 75 - 100 lbs to move 15 carts simultaneously
Bend and stoop, walk and stand for long periods of time
Visual acuity/manual dexterity to perform mechanical and electrical repairs
LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS
Valid Drivers license required
