Neos Consulting Group is an Austin Texas based PeopleSoft consultancy specializing in state, local and higher education customers. Our CURRENT customer has the following requirement:
Duties:
Assist with conversion effort from Legacy financial information to the PeopleSoft GL and Grants module;
Assist with the integration testing of the Grants and G/L modules;
Provide knowledge transfer and guidance to the Grants and General Ledger subject matter experts;
Assist with finalizing UTSA TO-BE processes;
Assist with evaluation and validation of integration testing between HCM and FSCM for Grants information;
Assist with review, evaluation, validation and testing of delivered processes and reports;
Assist with review, evaluation, validation and testing of existing modifications, customizations, interfaces, and reports;
Troubleshooting PeopleSoft issues and assisting with issue resolution;
Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner;
Assist with development of queries;
Leads internal teams and task forces, providing PeopleSoft FSCM functional expertise and guidance as required;
Facilitate effective team interactions across FSCM modules and PeopleSoft Suites;
Provide timely status reports as outlined by UTSA Project Leads;
Work with other University of Texas components and University of Texas Shared Services in identifying issue resolution;
Assist in cutover activities to Go-Live;
Assist with post-go-live PeopleSoft support for issue resolutions;
Required Skills:
Strong understanding of FSCM Grants and General Ledger business processes and experience supporting these areas;
Experience with defining, designing, and presenting outcome focused solutions;
Ability to self-manage, perform multiple tasks, prioritize work and manage time with minimal supervision;
Minimum 3 years experience working with PeopleSoft FSCM 8.8 or above;
Minimum 1 year experience working with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.x;
Minimum 2 years experience in creating queries using PeopleSoft Query Manager;
Deep working knowledge of the following FSCM modules: General Ledger, Commitment Control, Projects, and Grants;
Experience in design creative solutions to complex business problems;
Minimum 1 year experience in managing, administering, and executing test scripts and cases;
Minimum 1 year experience in system, integration and user acceptance testing in accordance with existing methodology of ERP systems;
Experience in producing functional documentation for end-users;
Experience in working with end user and transferring PeopleSoft knowledge;
Experience working with Higher Education and/or Texas State Government;
Knowledge of project management principles and practices;
Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC);
