What will I be doing?
The Senior Manager, Business Architecture Consulting – Global will play a critical role in Hilton’s new Property Engagement Platform (PEP) initiative with the goal to develop an innovative property platform in accordance with Hilton’s global business needs and deploy it to most of its estate in the next 3 years. You will collaborate with the program’s project managers to monitor and align program activities, and drive progress towards defined program goals. You will support the program’s leadership team by providing visibility into accomplishments, interdependencies, potential risks and issues.
The Senior Manager, Business Architecture Consulting – Global will also work closely with regional representatives across various functions to gain understanding of their strategic direction and provide the various technology teams with the business requirements necessary to deliver the intended business outcomes. You will be an important resource in bridging the gap between regional business needs and enterprise-wide capabilities.
More specifically, you will:
Partner with the PEP project managers and workstream leads to gain a deep understanding of workstream goals and activities, and facilitate alignment across all workstreams
Continuously look for process improvement opportunities to drive efficiency across the program
Monitor the day-to-day activities of the program and create comprehensive progress updates
Identify risks and issues and build mitigation plan with the help of project managers and workstream leads
Handle incoming escalations from hotels and corporate teams, and coordinate appropriate response with other project teams
Establish and maintain relationship with regional representatives across various functions and technology leads
Offer mentorship to regional representatives when new initiatives are being explored while maintaining discretion and confidentiality
Provide business requirements to technology leads for approved initiatives and support the initiatives through completion
Proactively seek to expand current knowledge of Hilton's technology capabilities
Effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical partners to create a mutual understanding of project goals, progress, and outcomes

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
Seven (7) years of professional work experience in Technology or a related field
Two (2) years of Hospitality experience
Two (2) years of Project Management Experience
Knowledge of Jira, Confluence or MS Project
Additional Requirements: Occasional domestic and international travel (25%)
It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus 6 years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12 years of Technology related experience
Ten (10) years of professional work experience in Technology or a related field
Two (2) years of professional work experience in a multinational company
Experience with property management systems, i.e., Opera, OnQ PM, HotelKey
Solid understanding of Hilton’s systems (PMS, CRS, downstream systems) and interfaces
