Our solution is a highly optimized ground-source heat pump system for both new buildings and renovations with applicability even in dense urban areas with:
A scientifically dimensioned geothermal borehole arrangement as driven by thermal capacity of drilled test well(s) and building energy consumption to ensure geothermal resource right-sizing.
A pyramid-shaped geothermal energy exchanger equipped with closed double-U loops to minimize surface footprint and maximize thermal exploitation of the underground.
A digital control to minimize electricity consumption and maximize geothermal resource performance and longevity in real time.

The Sales Consultant is responsible for developing new client opportunities and managing all aspects of the customer experience from initial contact to contractual commitment, where the project will be transferred to the operations team for detailed design and build.
The Sales Consultant will consult with prospective clients and share the benefits of Celsius Energy’s innovative approach to geothermal heating & cooling for commercial buildings as a method to reduce carbon emissions, overall energy consumption, and operating expenses.
The Sales Consultant will determine the client’s value priorities and walk them through the design and build process, as well as available incentives and financing options. They will collaborate with the internal commercial support team and client directly to gather client site data and provide a pre-feasibility evaluation including a rough order of magnitude system cost, benefits, and schedule.
The Sales Consultant will support client decision-making by answering all questions and concerns and reinforce confidence and competency in delivering the value proposition. They will facilitate the contract process and connected financing and energy performance agreements should they be fit for purpose for the client and project.
The Sales Consultant will support transfer of the client project to the operations team for detailed design and build and ensure a successful customer journey.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Prospect new client opportunities and win contracts (virtual and in-person)
Drive customer experience from initial consultation to contractual commitment
Support commercial visibility strategy and implementation (social media, conferences & trade shows, industry memberships & events
Establish long-term client and referral source relationships for scaling opportunities
Work closely with commercial support and operations teams to ensure a successful customer journey
Capture market intelligence (customer segmentation, benchmark pricing, trends)
Coordinate with technical and operational teams on client value statement and continuous improvement for product and service offering
Manage and maintain accurate opportunity pipeline in digital systems (CRM)
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Engineering, or related
5 years sales experience in commercial building sector in the region
Previous roles: Sales Representative, Commercial Advisor, Account Manager, Outside Sales, Sales Engineer
Can demonstrate examples of successful commercial achievements
Existing industry relationships in commercial building sector with focus on energy efficiency and sustainability (ESG directors, Universities, REITs, municipalities, engineering firms, construction managers)
Knowledge of public tender process and requirements
Knowledge of Energy Performance Contracts (PPA) and related financing mechanisms is a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products and Microsoft Teams
Experience with SAP is a plus
English speaker; French a plus
