Consumer Experience Sr. Strategist

Description
Humana's newly formed Experience Transformation team is working to deliver personalized, seamless experiences for healthcare consumers. We build new experiences for consumers across their healthcare journey-shopping for a health plan, onboarding to a new plan, navigating care and benefits, and contacting us for assistance, for example-while leveraging innovative digital technologies & analytics. That means breaking down traditional silos, designing solutions based on how our members seek and receive care and relentlessly focusing on the consumer experience. As a Senior Strategist in the Experience Transformation team's Strategy group, you will leverage your strategic thinking and analytical skills to help leaders from different functions (e.g., digital product, marketing, sales, technology) define and execute strategies to build new consumer experiences.
Responsibilities
Partner with senior leaders from digital product, marketing, sales, and technology to shape strategies for improving consumer experience-leveraging data analytics as well as consumer & market research
Communicate strategic recommendations, progress of experience initiatives, and operating roadmap for meetings with Humana SVPs, CEO, C-Suite and Board of Directors
Develop KPIs measuring new initiatives' impact on consumer experiences and resulting financial impact for Humana
Own ad hoc strategic projects involving problem-framing, quantitative analysis, and development of supporting communication to socialize findings
Assess opportunity size of new and inflight initiatives to inform investment and scaling decisions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with outstanding academic credentials
2 years prior experience in management consulting, strategy, corporate development, business development, strategic planning, investment banking, finance, or related fields
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform complex qualitative and quantitative analysis with limited supervision
Excellent verbal & written communication abilities
Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
In addition, you are: highly collaborative, self-motivated, comfortable dealing with ambiguity, biased toward action
Preferred Qualifications
Healthcare experience
Background in consumer experience research
Knowledge of digital consumer engagement and associated technologies
Additional Information
This position is open to working remote
Ideally reside in Central or Eastern time zone
Work-At-Home Requirements
WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense.
A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required.
Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role.
