Position Summary

The Sr Lead, Strategic Projects is an exciting and unique opportunity to help develop strategic vision and future for the Americas business unit at Under Armour. This role will use creativity, research, and structured thinking in this role: such as consumer research, competitive analysis, financial modeling, project management, and new collaborative tools and methodologies. The Sr Lead will collaborate and partner with key stakeholders across the organization in Merchandising, Marketing, Direct to Consumer, Wholesale to sharpen and ultimately help execute the Americas Strategy.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities


Partner with the Americas leadership team to develop long-range, integrated plan
Drive critical decision making in alignment with corporate strategy and objectives
Collaborate cross-functionally to create a single, aligned UA strategic long-range plan
Perform research and provide recommendations to key strategic questions that sharpen our long-range plan
Drive the framework development and analysis to answer these questions
Lead and support specific strategy projects / initiatives that support long range plan including crafting strategic questions or challenges
Manage (and / or support) the execution of high priority strategic questions/ initiatives with Americas Leadership Team and transition them into the business
Plan, prepare content for executive meetings including Board of Directors, Executive Leadership Meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews, Town Halls
Perform on-going analysis of our business performance including internal results and external market share


Other Requirements


Return to Work Designation: 2 days in office, remaining days remote.
Travel: IE- 5-10% of the year
Program: Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel, Smartsheet, Miro


Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)


Strong analytical skills
Skill in working with and influencing senior level leadership
Excellent presentation and slide building skill
Project management skills
Action oriented player who is comfortable driving projects independently, with senior guidance
Ability to facilitate relations between business units and departments
Work under pressure quickly, effectively and efficiently
Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
Can conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities


Education And / Or Experience


10 years required
Ideal to have 1-2 years management consulting experience


Relocation
