SQL/SSIS Developer

Profile

Business & Decision North America is currently expanding in Scottsdale, AZ office and are looking for experienced Consultants to join our Business Intelligence Practice and help support our financial services customers. The position requires a broad range of skills and the ability to step in to different roles depending on the size and scope of an engagement. The qualified candidate would have significant experience architecting and implementing Microsoft Business Intelligence solutions.
The position will require a person to design, develop, test and deploy Microsoft SQL solutions for Business & Decision clients across our practice. Installation of Microsoft SQL products and conducting demonstrations during sales efforts may also be required. Occasionally responsible for gathering business requirements, specifying technical architecture and daily project management.
Requirements include:
3 - 5 years of experience developing Microsoft SQL based
1-3 years consulting background
Experience working with SQL Integration Services
Experience writing and tuning complex SQL queries and stored procedures
Analytical approach to problem solving
Experience working with Software Developers
A passion for learning new technologies
Familiarity with database centric applications
Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
Proficient problem solver, with ability to acquire new skills quickly and thrive in a collaborative team environment
Proven track record
Technical experience required:
SQL Server Data Engine
T-SQL
SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
Experience preferred:
Microsoft SQL certification
SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
SQL Server Analysis Services
.Net Development
