Create and implement marketing strategies. Help create a detailed marketing plan, determine a businesss marketing message, and identify the appropriate marketing mix to get the message out to the target market. Prospect/network for new clients
Make our customers feel welcome and identify purpose of visit
Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above regional standards
Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads
Have proper knowledge of products, market trends, and certifications
Prepare and review monthly sales goals individually and as a team
Complete all aspects of the ‘road to the sale’
Other duties as assigned
