The Senior Technical Solution Consultant will be responsible for the following job duties:
Design and develop software applications on behalf of enterprise software company that provides SaaS (Software as a Service) applications to customers through subscription-based business model.
Serve as subject matter expert on proprietary Application Programming Interface (API) and best practices for application integration and data export.
Design workflows and develop code for concurrent projects.
Meet project expectation and deadlines.
Build Salesforce customizations to adapt and extend Zuora for Salesforce package to meet clients’ business processes.
Document operating processes and best practice methodologies in Confluence articles.
Create Mergefield Quote Templates for the Zuora for Salesforce managed package.
Create technical design documents and modeling documents in Lucidchart.
Conduct boot camps for new employees and external partners.
Interview candidates for technical roles.
Education / Experience Requirements:
Master of Science degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related plus three (3) years of post-baccalaureate, progressive experience as Software Developer or IT Professional.
Alternate Education / Experience Requirements:
Bachelor of Science degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related plus five (5) years of post-baccalaureate, progressive experience as Software Developer or IT Professional.
Special Requirements:
Three (3) years of experience with object-oriented programming such as Java, Python, Ruby on Rails, APEX, .NET or C#.
