Required Qualifications: ? Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Infosys Richardson Hub, TX or REMOTE. This position may require travel in the US ? Bachelor?s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education ? At least 4 years of Information Technology experience ? Candidate must have experience on working in any of the leading AIOps tool available in market (Preferably Servicenow, MoogSoft, BigPanda, Splunk etc ? 2 years of experience in development, implementation and validation of different tools. ? 2 years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM module including Event Management and Automation. ? Must have experience in understanding customer requirement on AIOps area. ? Experience to handle complex client and propose solutions on AIOps area ? Must have experience with integration like plugins, SPOKEs etc. ? Must have experience with Flow creation or modification in ServiceNow. ? Must have Power Shell and Java Script knowledge for use cases development. ? Strong knowledge on ML algorithm. ? Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to describe technical solutions in the terms of the business ? Experience in working with multi-vendor development environment ? Interacts cross functionally on matters that require coordination across organization and collaborates well with other groups, voluntarily shares information ? Experience of working with ServiceNow platform for global customers ? U.S. citizens and Permanent residents are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time Preferred Qualifications: ? Experience of working with ServiceNow platform for global customers ? Experience of working on Operational Intelligence/Health Log Analytics in ServiceNow platform ? Planning and Co-ordination skills ? Good Communication and Analytical skills
