Addison Group is seeking an experienced Senior Accounting Consultant for our client located in San Antonio, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Accountant with commercial real estate experience and strong Excel skills.
Responsibilities:
Building spreadsheets in Excel
Managing large datasets with functions: IF, SUM, INDEX, MATCH, VLOOKUP
Common Area Maintenance reconciliations
Lease agreement analysis
Requirements:
Advanced Excel skills required
Commercial real estate experience is preferred
