,AnswerValue:Position will review regulatory requirements, technical procedures, job processes to develop specific training requirements. Consults with management in the identification of technical skill deficiencies and provides relevant training remedies. Provides consultative support to management and safety committees with the goal of creating and maintaining an accident free workplace. Assists subject matter experts in OSHA, PHMSA, and other regulatory matters throughout the company.Conducts job site inspections/observations to ensure required safety and compliance procedures and standards are followed and to evaluate the application of practices and skills taught in training sessions. Assists with design and delivers specialized technical training, qualification evaluations, and required safety/compliance and technical training programs for the Retail, Gas, and Electric lines of business. Investigates serious injuries and near misses and counsels with employees involved in incidents. Performs other duties as assigned by management.,
