As a Technical Consultant within the Structural Heart (SH) unit, you will provide thorough and in-depth technical support to a wide range of clinicians including physicians, nurses, and operating room personnel. You will play a key role in supporting the sales representative with extending and developing the customer product portfolio and accounts. With a passion for helping patients and a commercial mindset, you will make a significant difference in Belgium.
**A Day in the Life**
We offer you a position where you can work independently while improving the lives of people suffering from (severe) Aortic Stenosis. You will spend much time at the hospitals, educating and supporting doctors and nurses in the cath lab. You will be part of a strong team of 4 colleagues that supports each district, supporting especially the Flemish-speaking parts of Belgium.
Responsibilities
Providing clinical and technical support as well as education to Medtronic customers in the area of Corevalve Evolut technology.
Supporting case coverage.
Supporting country sales strategy; working with sales representatives and manager to be the chosen supplier and achieve business plans.
Acting as a liaison between sales personnel and hospital staff.
Organizing technical and scientific presentations at sales meetings and customer locations.
Supporting all Business Unit activities including but not limited to; training, PO collection, inventory management
**Must Have**
**Bachelors in Health care, registered nurse, Cath-lab specialist or other technical education.**
**Convincing clinical, operational or interventional/cath lab experience.**
**Fluent in Dutch, English. French is a pro.** Familiar with medical terminology and medical procedures in English and Dutch.
Great relationship builder and a passion of being out in the field and supporting healthcare professionals.
Ability to travel domestically over 60% of work week by automobile.
Team player with a proactive mentality.
**Nice to Have**
Excellent customer service attitude.
Experience in providing training, education.
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Strong planning talent and experience of coordinating programs.
Having an excellent overview in coordinating and deliver in numerous projects in a fast-paced environment, securing that deadlines are met.
Work ethics in accomplishing objectives and tasks.
