Aon is looking for a Compliance Consultant- Pharmacy PracticeAs part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our National Pharmacy Practice within Aon’s Health & Benefits Consulting practice. The future of the pharmacy benefit and its integration with the broader healthcare discussion is essential to improving health and reducing the cost of healthcare. This future will be driven by industry leaders who seek solutions that better serve the needs of employers and health plans. Aon’s pharmacy practice is integrated with consulting colleagues outside the practice who bring expertise in all areas of healthcare and who share the vision for efficient and effective healthcare. This role will preferably be based out of our Bloomington, MN office. For non-local candidate, we may consider having candidates applicants located near any of our US based Aon offices—as long as they are close to an airport. These exceptions will be determined case by case. Candidate with more experience may be considered for a Senior Consultant level role. Your impact as a Compliance Consultant- Pharmacy Practice Job Responsibilities: This role acts as a liaison between our Rx audit suppliers, our internal account management teams, and our clients to ensure all Rx audit projects are performed on-time, on-budget, and up to our quality standards. This role serves as a subject matter expert in Rx audit, leading projects from kickoff to report read-out, and requires translating the complex world of Rx benefits (and audit findings) to high-level stakeholders.Serve as engagement lead for our client-facing engagementsOversee Rx audit supplier quality, timeliness, and engagement performance (including intervention when the supplier cannot proceed due to complex interpretation issues, disputes, etc.) Maintain tracking worksheet of all in-flight client agreements (approx. 700 engagements annually), keep Rx audit leadership informed of status Perform reviews of our client’s processes and vendors according to our engagement requirementsPrepare and lead client-facing webinars to discuss engagement resultsTailor results to each client’s specific needs and scheduleIdentify client risk situations and escalate when neededApprox. 80% of role will be focused on our Health Plan (Carrier) clients, 20% will focus on our Employer clientsTravel up to 25%Other project management tasks/oversight tasks as assignedYou Bring Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired Experience:1-2 years of experience in Consulting or the health space strongly preferred.Excellent communications skills (written and verbal).Strong organizational & interpersonal skills.
