Description

Humana's Corporate Strategy team is looking for high-potential future leaders looking to drive disruption in the health care industry.

Responsibilities

Our team is a small, high-performing group that works closely with Humana's senior leadership to chart the course for the company's future. In Strategy, you will identify and analyze new growth opportunities and work with business leaders to prioritize strategic investments and execute transformation. The Strategy team has weekly meetings with Humana's CEO and management team and frequently presents updates to the Board of Directors. Daily activities of the Consultant role will include industry analysis, high level financial modeling, qualitative analysis, and synthesis of options. During projects the Consultant can expect to work across Humana's business segments and prepare executive-level communications for multiple leaders.

Required Qualifications


Bachelor's degree
Minimum 2 years' experience in a strategic role (e.g., Analysts, Researchers, Consultants, etc.)
Experience managing small to medium projects or individual workstream(s) within larger projects
Demonstrated growth in responsibilities
Ability to apply structured thinking and frameworks when solving problems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Preferred Qualifications


Master's Degree
Healthcare industry and/or management consulting experience
Familiarity with analytical tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI


Location Information:


Preferred working locations are offices in Louisville, KY and the Washington D.C. area
May consider Home/Office Hybrid or Remote work style for the right candidate
