Job Description
The North America Payroll Change Lead will be responsible for driving and developing change management activities across North America Payroll programs. This person should be comfortable with high-profile programs and exposure to Accenture Leadership. This role will be responsible for providing operational change management expertise focused on communications, training, project management and execution required for North America Payroll. The Change Management Lead is a doer with a flair for understanding Accentures business, internal processes and teams, and proven project execution experience leading change programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage stakeholder insights with various team / projects leads to set direction for defining components of change strategy and coordination of change activities in line with the integrated workstreams
Define the overall change journey and manage related governance/change adoption approach
Partner with team leads, subject matter experts and leadership across Accenture business functions (CIO, HR, Geographic Services, Legal, etc.) to manage and track overall change journey, including business readiness across impacted audiences
Manage and cultivate vendor/external relationships
Use proven change methodology and tools to implement a change management strategy for North America Payroll
Support the facilitation of the user adoption
Partner with teams leads/leadership to prepare additional stakeholders for behavioral change
Interact and communicate with all levels of leadership with confidence and professionalism
Drive communication strategy and planning for internal and external activities by coordinating with Marketing Communications
Determine, develop and execute innovative solutions to address changing processes
Offer expertise in global entities, markets, strategic business objectives and performance management strategies
Identify and assess complex problems for area of responsibility then create solutions (where analysis may require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors)
Adhere to strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near-term goals
Understand that decisions have a major day to day impact on area of responsibility
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree
Minimum 6 years project program management experience
Minimum 5 years change management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing a project team
Experience supporting large, complex change programs
Proven expertise in designing and developing communications and training solutions
Proven expertise in working with MS Office Tools particularly MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel (including macro development)
Broad knowledge of Accenture processes, systems, and organizational structures
Can demonstrate understanding of change management trends within Accenture
Ability to assess end user requirements and identify behavioral impacts to efficiently address change solutions
Experience with large, complex organizations
Professional Skills:
Ability to work effectively with team members in a global, virtual environment
Extremely strong oral, written and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with all levels of management and staff
Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
