Lead current-state assessment of the legacy Court Management System (CMS)
Lead requirements gathering sessions with Court Administration, County Clerk's Office, and County IT
Comprehend details around current-state and desired future state CMS functionality
Comprehend capabilities by function of potential CMS solutions
Compare and evaluate desired capabilities with functionality of identified CMS solutions
Leverage existing tools and framework to illustrate each CMS' level of capability to meet requirements
Drive Executive readout sessions
Requirements
Extensive experience with Court Management Systems (CMS)
Solid understanding of the desired features and functions of a CMS
Ability to conduct meaningful requirements gathering sessions with key users and stakeholders
Ability to assess fit of potential CMS solutions based on defined business requirements
2 years Court Management System experience (user or IT)
2 years working in the public sector
2 years interacting with leadership
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Self-sufficient, able to work with minimal supervision
Work as part of a highly-functioning team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
Preferred Requirements
Experience replacing a legacy Court Management System (CMS)
3 years as a Data Analyst
