Job Description

North America MD I&D Recruiting Lead

The I&D MD Recruitment Lead drives the recruiting strategy to source diverse talent from multiple sources.  This role is a strategic advisor to the market and market unit leadership team – helping to create Accenture as the destination of choice, influencing the culture to help leaders become talent magnets and developing longer-term strategies to create pipelines to meet future needs. 

Key Responsibilities


Shape and activate the recruiting strategy around MD level diverse hiring – understanding our business strategies and ensuring all senior level hiring is aligned to support critical growth areas – looking across spectrum of talent (internal talent, succession planning)
Recruit exceptional, diverse talent for exceptional opportunities
Build strong relationships with NA Leadership to aid effective pipelining of the best senior talent in their external marketplace
Working with recruiting marketing to help build the profile of influencers in the market and creating strong candidate engagement/pull of diverse talent
Collaborate, build, and maintain effective, trusted working relationships with Senior Level Leaders and understand their short, mid and long-term executive talent requirements
Tailor integration strategy to ensure seamless integration experience to accelerate return on hiring
Design the best experiences for candidates, hiring sponsors and recruiters, and instituting relevant recruiting solutions and practices to deliver them.
Develop insights through extensive market and competitor intelligence and determining sourcing strategies to ensure the best talent is hired at appropriate speed and cost.
Achieve key success measures that demonstrate effectiveness of recruiting strategy, especially quality of talent, and delivery of experiences
Maintain strong partnership relationship with preferred I&D supplier agencies
Hands-on delivery of most senior/strategic I&D hires

Minimum of 3 year Executive level recruitment experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Senior Level Leadership and stakeholder management
