Profile

This is a position is for an information security specialist that can lead security initiatives in support of an overall security compliance roadmap. The ideal candidate will have a strong and well-rounded technical background with a strong understanding of IT governance, risk management concepts and industry accepted practices. The candidate should understand regulatory, legal and contractual requirements impacting financial institutions. Knowledge and understanding of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard will be especially valuable. Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to:
Leading PCI DSS assessment preparation work.
Working with business line and technical experts to determine the scope of assessment and ensure compliance of applications/systems.
Being a subject matter expert in PCI DSS controls and provide guidance and expertise to projects or systems that are seeking to be compliant.
Establishing a process to report on core PCI controls on a quarterly basis.
Driving remediation of top PCI DSS issues. Tracking of new PCI systems: enforce training, review and track compliance, alignment with assessment
We are looking for someone that has 2-5 years of technical leadership on technology projects, knowledge of the PCI DSS, PCI QSA, PCI ISA, PCIP, CISSP, CISA, CISM or related certification
Not required but a plus is someone with previous project management experience and IT audit or security assessments experience.
