What the day will look likeYour impact as a Trustee Actuarial Senior Pensions Consultant: Advising clients on strategic pensions issues, including valuations and funding negotiations, integrated risk management, risk settlement projects, PPF levy management, member options.Leading day-to-day relationships with certain clients, with accountability for developing those relationships, for example through introducing additional services.Supporting Associate Partners/Partners in serving larger clients and developing those relationships.Directing/project managing large projects, including valuations and factor reviews.Taking overall responsibility for quality of technical work delivered to clients, including reviewing work from the calculation support team as required.You will build an understanding of the range of services that we at Aon can offer, and which colleagues to talk to where further expertise is needed on a particular subject.  You will need to be comfortable in taking active steps in a supportive environment to build your network.Networking within the local market.Responsibility for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adversely affect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.The role would also offer the flexibility to develop relationships with prospective clients and be involved in national thought leadership.How this opportunity is differentEvery day, our colleagues make a difference, work with the best, own their potential, and value one another.
