Reporting to the Sr. Director of Partner Presales, Embedded Analytics you’ll be responsible for working alongside our sales team to evangelize, design, propose and demonstrate the business value to our prospective partners. We help organizations answer questions that shape business strategy, provide the impetus for taking action, and drive better business results. On a daily basis you’ll be creating vision with our partners and internal teams, mesmerizing data geeks with our solution and showing how **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. creates both business and technical value.
You will be able to work out of your home office anywhere in the United States
What Youll be Doing...
Ensure excellence in the execution of the technical work streams on sales opportunities, from product demos to InfoSec conversations to product packaging
Make it easy for prospective partners to understand the value of the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. platform, solutions and services
Develop and maintain excellence in the demonstration of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.’s expertise in people data and domain
Strategize with the sales team on discovery and delivery of world-class presentations to multiple audiences where you explain and show **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.s value proposition and differentiation to solve current business problems and drive people analytics strategy
Assist the Sales team to Respond to RFIs/RFPs including answering functional and technical questions about the **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. solution
Partner with the Embedded Solutions and Delivery teams to ensure post-sales success
Partner with our Product and Solutions teams to understand our roadmap and position innovative and differentiated capabilities
What youll bring to the table...
Minimum 5 years’ experience as an enterprise software sales engineer or solution consultant (presales), implementation consultant or similar field-based, customer-facing position
Established experience in the HR domain and knowledge of HCM systems such as Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors, Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft or Taleo
Knowledge of business analytics and/or data warehousing and familiarity with analytics systems such as Tableau, Power BI or others
Youre at your best when you are in front of an audience. You instill them with confidence and understanding, reading the room effectively to engage all stakeholders from end user to C-suite
Youre a trusted advisor. Youve built a successful career and reputation on supporting your customers through solving complex, multi-faceted problems by listening to their requirements and prescribing a course of action
