We have partnered with a large Health Insurance company in the Newtown Square, PA area to provide them with a Senior Advanced Analytics Consultant. (REMOTE)

Responsibilities of the Senior Advanced Analytics Consultant:
Develop deep understanding of brand strategies and business needs, and serve as a trusted partner with key business leaders
Participate and lead insights across all of the markets identifying opportunities to bring further value to their day to day operations.
Be fully engaged with business teams, bringing an objective voice to the table, and facilitating decisions grounded in data
Stimulate strategic thinking in support of business goal, including proactively identifying and managing impact of Enterprise Analytics
Be an expert with data mining across multiple data platforms (Facets, Jiva, eLTSS, CareAnalyzer, supplemental files).
Work on a fast paced team, with minimal direction focusing on understanding the application/product/area in detail, while delivering high-quality outputs and actionable solutions.
Serve as thought leader for technical business processes, developing forward-thinking prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels.
Learn rapidly and enthusiastically, focusing on understanding the application/product/area in detail
Coordinate and facilitate meetings on specific projects work with the business, analytic and Development teams in the creation of visualizations and reports for requested projects using BI toolsets
Prospectively monitor national/regional trends and trade publications to identify new opportunities and threats to ACFC strategies and services.
Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements of the Senior Advanced Analytics Consultant:
Bachelors Degree Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Operations Research, or equivalent hands on experience of 7-10 years with a preference in healthcare.
5-10 years work experience in the healthcare industry.
3 years SAS or SQL programming experience.
5 years analytics experience.
Ability to foster collaborative relationships, to work well under pressure, to organize and synthesize new information, and prioritize tasks.
Ability to collaborate, influence, project confidence, identify organizational needs, and convincingly present statistical information, analysis and recommendations.
Demonstrates sensitivity to customer needs and expectations.
Strong organizational, close attention to detail and written/oral communication skills.
Strong technical writing skills in business requirements, queries, reports, and presentations.
Superior technical skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, SAS, SQL with the ability to learn other analytic and big data mining tools.
Advanced analytical and quantitative skills with experience collecting, organizing, mining, analyzing, visualizing and disseminating abundant information with the utmost accuracy and presentation.
