Service Management Associate Manager (Accenture LLP; Chicago, IL): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Service Management Associate Manager in Chicago, IL, and the job duties are as follows:
Maintain, analyze and report metrics on how Accenture workstation suppliers are performing including analysis of key performance indicators and variances.
Manage and coordinate all new workstation requirements and communicate with key Accenture stakeholders how workstation suppliers will meet these requirements.
Support the management of the operational and financial performance of our workstation suppliers.
Support the management of the business relationship with workstation suppliers.
Evaluate end-user experience and performance of new proposed workstation hardware against Accenture requirements.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of experience in the IT consulting industry. In lieu of a bachelors degree, employer will accept 2 additional years of experience in the IT consulting industry.
Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:
Working on hardware selection, including hardware from HP, Dell, Lenovo, and Microsoft, and hardware troubleshooting;
Coordinating product certification projects;
Managing annual budgets for research hardware and testing efforts;
Creating and publishing data insights using Microsoft Power BI;
PC hardware performance testing;
PC hardware driver testing and certification;
Leading and coordinating troubleshooting and repair efforts with Technology Support and equipment manufacturers; and
Utilizing MS Office tools including Word, Excel, and Visio.
Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 20% of the time to meet client needs.
