Job Title: ERP Implementation Consultant with Microsoft Dynamics Experience (Remote Contract-to-Hire)

Our team of experts works with clients to help them streamline their operations, optimize their business processes, and drive growth through the implementation of ERP systems. We are currently seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Consultant with Microsoft Dynamics experience to join our team in a remote contract-to-hire position.
Job Description: As an ERP Implementation Consultant with Microsoft Dynamics experience, you will be responsible for guiding our clients through the entire implementation process, from initial planning and scoping through to go-live and post-implementation support. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, identify opportunities for process improvements, and configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems to meet their unique requirements.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to gather and document business requirements
Design, configure, and test Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions to meet client needs
Develop and execute implementation plans, including data migration, user training, and post-implementation support
Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support to clients
Maintain documentation of client requirements, system configurations, and processes
Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics technology and trends
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems (Dynamics 365, Dynamics AX, Dynamics NAV, etc.)
Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and training
Experience with data migration, integration, and reporting tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Microsoft Dynamics certifications (preferred)
Contract Duration: This position is a remote contract-to-hire opportunity. The initial contract duration will be for 6 months with the possibility of extension based on performance.
