Our Operations Transformation team focuses on transforming our clients’ core business operations. We advise, design, implement, and deploy solutions focused on “heart of the business” issues across federal, state, and local government organizations. We are looking for professionals who will use their deep sector knowledge and program management skills to work alongside our clients to bring best practices and manage their most important initiatives and projects.
Work you’ll do
The Project E-Core Scheduler will provide program management and schedule management support. This person will be developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules by applying multiple development principles, including but not limited to Agile, and the Project Management Institute’s Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK) methodologies to ensure the work and tools are compliant with the 14 point checklist. This position will provide the opportunity to collaborate with various individuals, including senior leadership and contractors throughout the organization.

We advise, design, implement, and deploy solutions focused on “heart of the business” issues in specific sectors including Health Care, Banking & Securities, Insurance, and Energy & Resources. The type of work we provide to our clients includes Operations Excellence, Payment & Care Model Innovation and Emerging Business Models.
Our clients seek a fresh perspective on how to create a flexible, innovative business model supported by a strong operations foundation. Professionals will use their deep sector knowledge and technical business operations consulting experience to take a more strategic view of our clients’ priorities, helping them to prepare for growth, embrace the digital agenda and maximize operational efficiency.
Basic Qualifications
5 Years of Consulting Experience supporting clients in master scheduler capacity
Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
A Bachelor's Degree from an accreditted college or university
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Must have experience with Microsoft Project
Preferred Qualifications
Significant experience developing, analyzing, updating, and maintaining an Integrated Master Schedule
Strong project management skills, including scheduling and risk management, ability to uncover the story behind the schedule, provide meaningful insights/recommendations, and help Project Managers drive the team towards milestone completions
Client Interviewing and ability to advise client leadership on scheduling best practices
Strong written and communication skills
PMP certification highly desired
