Responsibilities:
Identify, analyze and qualify value-oriented benefits for companies
Provide insight in order to benefit from additional credits and incentives that may be applicable
Collaborate and coordinate closely with quality control, client relations, accounting, and tax controversy departments to ensure client satisfaction
Ensure analysis and timelines are met
Analyze client financials, projects, and documentation
Requirements:
College degree required
2-3 years of experience in a customer service related role is preferred and/or top-rated internships
Experience within professional services/consulting firm is preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
