Job Description Summary
This position is responsible for executing compliance policies and procedures and compliance quality reviews; generating compliance related metrics and scorecards, running compliance monitoring reports, researching fallout/outliers, and creating management information to ensure compliance with applicable state requirements and internal guidelines. Monitors the business areas to ensure compliance with statutory requirements relevant to the area. As applicable, interacts with internal business partners such as product, underwriting, regulatory affairs, IT, operations, and legal/compliance to resolve or clarify any compliance matters.
Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
Regulatory Intake Management:
Intake, importing, and distribution of daily Circular Log activity
Ownership of procedures, best practices, and ongoing process optimization
Development of metrics/activity monitoring and reporting
Database/Sharepoint security, access monitoring, and rules maintenance
Compliance Monitoring and Oversight:
FRM reporting and metrics
Ad hoc compliance related research/projects
Performs compliance monitoring and quality assurance reviews
Assist with detailed evaluations of a department's adherence to compliance requirements
Corresponds with internal business areas to address any potential compliance issues and concerns
Provides guidance on and updates the content of various compliance procedures
Supports compliance related projects or process re-design
Performs other related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of related professional compliance experience is required.
Education, Work Experience, & Knowledge
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
4 years of related experience preferred.
