Need a strong SAP CRM ICWC Lead Consultant for a position in Madison, WI, 6 Months.
Proficiency in CRM 7.0 IC Web Client
Expert in setting up roles for web UI (Agent, Manager etc.)
Customizing (SPRO) settings for IC Web client
ERMS, Transaction Launcher, A/c fact sheet, Agent Inbox, IC Manager dashboards, Call List, Knowledge Search
Integration and set up of IC with service processes like Interaction Record, Complaints, Service Request, Service Order
Experience in SAP BCM (Business Communication Management) is Necessary
Experience in CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) will be a big plus
Ability to lead & engage customer through end to end project lifecycle
Excellent communication skills
Open for travel for project requirements
