Aon Is Looking For An Early Careers HCS Rewards Solutions Associate Consultant I, Data & Analytics!Available Locations: Stamford, CT Our Rewards Solutions Practice are currently recruiting a Data Analyst to join our Global Data team in Stamford (virtual).The role will require members of the team to ensure quality and completion of our survey delivery product. Members of the team will be included in the end-to-end data management and report finalization, partnering and supporting compensation analysts as they capture requirements from clients. This role works in collaboration with Data Operations and Client Operations team members Globally, across all Reward Solution Product Lines.About the RolePartner with the business to capture requirements for new year data collectionSupport loading, validating, and editing our clients’ data submissions to ready for report generationConfigure and run key Survey product work using inhouse technology and application systemsDaily communication with members of the firm ranging from analyst to partnerAbility to problem tackle required needs of our clientsWork with technical teams to further understand and develop our inhouse systemsWork with reporting teams to better our applications that support our year-round data businessRequired training to ensure high quality of work and proper ethics are being followed in accordance with Aon’s Global Policy and Aon United initiativesAbout youClient service orientation and a great teammateExperience with MS ExcelAnalytical mind and good communication skillsPrioritization and process managementAbility to work Autonomously with limited oversightOur Colleague ExperienceEvery day, our colleagues make a difference, work with the best, own their potential, and value one another.
