I need a SharePoint consultant
We are currently using SharePoint as a document management system, however we are looking to expand this capability.
We are a small organization (80 people) spread between two countries.
We are currently undertaking an ISO accreditation. We will be using SharePoint as our management system to ensure that procedures, policies and records are kept up to date. We do not have an administrator or dedicated IT person. The system is upheld on a low-maintenance approach by our IT manager.
We have the basis setup already where we can store documents and ensure its easily accessible to key staff.
We are looking to understand more advanced features that can allows us to monitor documents that will be audited (setting up reporting views etc.) and also workflows (request update, approval etc.)
We have other possible software solutions that could be used, however we would like to explore the option available to us using SharePoint.
