We are seeking a Insurance Consulting Practice Leader
/ Senior Solution Architect
General Summary
Building and using tools and processes, responsible for deep understanding and delivery of products and services to understand and meet client business needs. Responsible for growing functional knowledge and industry expertise and teaching others. Responsible for driving better products and services and more efficient delivery.
Essential Functions
To analyze and reengineer legacy applications
and substitute with .Net Web based applications based on an open architecture.
Develop Web Based Internet applications in an n-layer application and n-tier architecture using Microsoft's frameworks.
Responsible for all the design, development, unit testing and implementation of several web application products that support enterprise feedback management for providers .
Required Skills
In depth knowledge of the .Net version 1, 2, 3.5, and 4
platforms using C#, ASP.Net, ASP.Net for MVC 1 2 3 4 with Razor, ADO.Net, IoC with Castle Windsor, NHibernate, Entity Framework, Castles Validation Framework, LINQ, Rhino Security, Rhino Mocks
Strong front-end development using jQuery, jqGrid, jQuery Templating, jQuery-UI, Knockoutjs and Mapping with emphasis on MVVM pattern and Twitter Bootstrap .
Strong OO design skills using DDD with a TDD
approach, with integration of various design patterns.
Strong CSS design and troubleshooting
skills, with compliance for CSS2.1, CSS3 as well as HTML5.
Relevant
insurance
knowledge required for improvement of the
insurance
mechanism through the use of IT.
