What the day will look likeAs a Senior Consultant in Retirement Consulting and as a leader, you will have the opportunity to contribute to Aon’s success while you: Lead client relationships for small to medium-sized sized accounts including critical thinking and problem solving; provide strong support to senior leaders on large clientsUnderstands all projects involved with a client and makes sure all needs are being met and proceeding on scheduleCan work through larger, more complex projects with less oversight and is responsible for the results, including explanations, presentations, and impactHas mastered many technical concepts and can make reasonable interpretations of how they impact clients, including explanations, presentations and impactDevelop and participate in effective oral presentations for existing or prospective clients, individually or in concert with team membersParticipate in business development activitiesProactive in both initiating and leading some discussions internally and externallyCoordinate resources on different projectss to achieve client results and collaborate on client activities with other experienced team membersDisplay confidence, passion, and leadershipSelf-motivated, demonstrates desire to continue to learn and grow, and to go outside one’s comfort zoneSupervise, guide and mentor less experienced colleagues.How this opportunity is differentRetirement programs have large financial implications for employers. As an Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for leading and supporting client teams who are passionate about the management of the financial risk of their client's retirement programs.You will have the opportunity to work on a broad and diverse array of clients in both the public and private sector. Working with teams of colleagues you will lead and contribute to the day-to-day delivery of retirement services.
