Position Summary:
The Operational Excellence organization plays a critical part in transforming the business capabilities of the PVH organization. We enable strategic workflows to become more effective, efficient and capable of rapidly adapting to an ever-changing competitive environment. We deploy solutions that transform the ways of working, while allowing for regional differences, improving profitability, enhancing customer satisfaction and igniting growth.
In order to drive various transformational programs in support of our PVH+ plans, the Lead, Operational Excellence, Asia Pacific will partner more closely with regional business units and functions to support, consult and collaborate on business process redesign, digitalization, transformation enablement and adoption, value realization, and continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, by working closely with the regional and local business teams, the role will ensure that the business needs are understood, captured, documented, and validated, identify any potential process and system risks and improvement opportunities, and as well help define, document, and analyze the cross-functional end-to-end processes, including the creation of SOP’s.
