Position Summary:

The Operational Excellence organization plays a critical part in transforming the business capabilities of the PVH organization. We enable strategic workflows to become more effective, efficient and capable of rapidly adapting to an ever-changing competitive environment. In order to drive various transformational programs in support of our PVH+ plans, the Lead, Operational Excellence, Asia Pacific will partner more closely with regional business units and functions to support, consult and collaborate on business process redesign, digitalization, transformation enablement and adoption, value realization, and continuous improvement initiatives.  Additionally, by working closely with the regional and local business teams, the role will ensure that the business needs are understood, captured, documented, and validated, identify any potential process and system risks and improvement opportunities, and as well help define, document, and analyze the cross-functional end-to-end processes, including the creation of SOP’s.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:  

  • Contribute as a thought leader & subject matter expert with strong working knowledge of business processes, industry practices & capabilities
  • Collaborate with business units/functions/IT to align on future state processes, enablers, digitalization initiatives roadmap
  • Spearhead current state process discovery, assessment to develop improvement opportunities
  • Support definition of future state vision, optimization, processes
  • Accountable for defining, capturing, and documenting the cross-functional processes, and prepare detailed SOP’s to support the business operational needs
  • Partners & supports business of change impacts, assessing process/ org readiness and support readiness implementation
  • Lead/Facilitate the development of business process playbooks/how-to guides/procedure documentation
  • Drive the creation & execution of end user training
  • Support definition of KPI’s, standards & guidelines for business to optimize capability & usage/process performance
  • Lead/Facilitate cross functional COP for cross sharing
  • Drive governance, prioritization and management of enhancement requests across business units related continuous improvements

Qualifications & Experience

Experience: Advanced knowledge & skills - typically 8-15 years of related experience

Qualifications:

  • Min. 7 years operational and consulting experience in domain
  • Min. 3 years supervisory role
  • Min. 3 years experiences with leading process/system implementation
  • Retail apparel background
  • Preferred: knowledge in PVH system tools, PM and/or Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt / Black Belt]

Education: Bachelor Degree Required

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Fully conversant in retail domain concepts
  • Strong qualitative, analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Demonstrated use of data analysis and metrics to drive decision making and continuous improvement
  • Demonstrated key involvement in business transformation initiative, process and system implementation project
  • Strong communication & collaboration skills
  • Solid PM skills
  • Developed decision making skills
