You Are:
A Technology practitioner with experience in creating technology-led business strategies, and top-flight leadership and management skills. You have a passion for helping develop data-driven strategies to transform our clients businesses so they can achieve their strategic, financial, and operational goals. You command excellent communication and people skills along with strong knowledge of data transformation and analytics.
The Work:
Benchmark client data and analytics capabilities against leading practices. Identify client pain points and opportunities
Define client vision, strategy, and high-level plan to transform their data and analytic capabilities
Understand client industry landscape in the context of economic social trends
Identify and drive meaningful contributions to our assets or innovation for the practice
Prioritize projects, analyze investments, and strategically sequence them for execution
Serve as a data transformation practitioner by applying data analytics experiences, research, and quality work products to an advisory role
Manage strategy and roadmap development, socialization, and implementation
Shape, design, and implement analytical operating models and organizational structure
Foster sponsorship for & establish data and organizational governance processes
Define an approach to enable insight-driven decisions
Develop a means to measure the outcomes and capture lessons learned throughout the clients analytical journey
Partner with clients to make bold decisions intersecting business and digital technology operations
For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

Heres What You Need:
3 years of experience working with data/analytics
1 years knowledge of cloud and analytic operating models
2 years of leading cross-functional teams and juggling multiple projects
3 years working in a consulting capacity
Bachelors degree in business analytics, engineering, organizational leadership, and/or equivalent
Bonus Points if:
You have an MBA or equivalent graduate degree
You have broad, diverse experience and knowledge of major technologies (legacy to emerging)
Youre a natural at building, managing, and fostering teams
You have top-notch communication (written and oral) and people skills
Youre certified on at least one cloud platform as a practitioner
As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $117,000 - $170,000 and information on benefits offered is here. (****COVID-19 update:
