Work you’ll do
As a Senior Consultant within our Human Capital team you will:
Perform project tasks independently, and may direct the efforts of others
Participate in and/or lead the development of deliverable content that meets the needs of the client and contract
Provides coaching to junior staff
Contributes to new business proposals and proposal development
Directly support C-Suite and government executive level clients
Create and direct comprehensive change management roadmap design and implementation
Develop strategic communication plan to evaluate and ensure stakeholder adoption
The Team
Organization Transformation
The Organization Transformation practice is about transforming the organization (and the benefits providers that serve them) to support its business strategy. This involves helping our clients move from where they are today to where they need to be in the future. It could include changing the organization’s culture, modernizing specific functions, re-designing the organization structure, and will require a combination of change management actions to execute the transformation. To enable our success, it will be critical to use data and insights to inform better ways of working together.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's Degree in business, human resources, communications, industrial and organizational development/psychology or a related discipline
5 years of relevant public sector consulting or human capital industry experience
3 years of experience consulting related to virtual workforce platforms for conceptual planning and oversight purposes
3 years of experience in large scale change management implementation and strategic communications
3 years of experience supporting C-Suite, government and/or executive level clients
2 years of experience cerating slide decks, memos, strategic communications plans, and other deliverables
Must be able to obtain and maintain required clearance for this role
Due to COVID-19, certain on-site client work has been suspended until further notice, however, on-site work may be required on a case-by-case basis for this position.
Preferred:
Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
Active Secret level clearance or above
