This person will be responsible for SH TAVR Leadership Development, Sales, and Clinical Training programs and supporting the growing need for new programs and content. **A Day in the Life:**
Contribute to development of Medtronic field leadership development with dynamic instructional design capabilities.
Build a portfolio architecture of skill and topic-based content.
Design multiple, differentiated, inclusive and high impact programs and solutions for leaders that can be executed/deployed virtually and in person.
Instructional design capabilities will be applied to reaching priority leader populations (e.g., high potentials talent pool, People Leaders, etc.) through new and expanded programs.
Proven leadership in development of inclusive learning programs.
Solid concept of Adult Learning needs.
Consults with management and other leadership to identify business processes and opportunities.
Develops recommendations for programs to drive culture, organizational values, and optimal performance strategies.
Evaluates the effectiveness of new and existing learning programs.
Partners with others to ensure that all training programs meet our company Best-in-Class and regulatory standards.
Stays current with industry/sector trends and best practices for leadership development and blended virtual learning solutions with high-impact, personal engagement to maximize learning impacts.
Provide consultation and guidance for corporate learning initiatives.
Lead needs assessments, instructional design consulting, and organizational development and design for multiple delivery platform
Demonstrate familiarity with contemporary learning technology to include courseware authoring tools and delivery platforms. Leverage technology to create engaging learning experiences.
Travel up to 10% of time.

Bachelors degree required
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience
**Nice to Have:**
Masters/Ph.D in Business, Human Resources, Education, or Instructional Design
Minimum of ten (10) years using LMS systems
Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in program management or instructional design.
Experience with consulting, needs analysis, and designing learning programs.
Ability to work with little supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable with ambiguity with an entrepreneurial mindset.

In addition to Base Salary, this position is eligible for a short-term incentive plan, which provides the opportunity to earn significant incentive compensation for achieving or exceeding your goals. The provided base salary range is used nationally in the United States (except in Puerto Rico and certain CA locations). The rate offered is compliant with federal/local regulations and may vary by experience, certification/education, market conditions, location, etc.
