The webMethods Infrastructure Technical Support Specialist is responsible for performing day-to-day technical delivery and administrative support of webMethods and other integration platform environments. Duties may span all Practice Areas involved (i.e., Design/Build/Run, Operations Architecture, System Administration, and other technical frameworks, etc.). The Technical Support Specialist will also serve as subject matter expert for the team and complex environments. The webMethods Infrastructure Technical Specialist will be an experienced member of the technology team who will be responsible for providing support for the technical infrastructure of the middleware solution across all production stacks and providing insight and recommendations to the project leadership. This position provides guidance for entry level support persons and requires interaction with both other Accenture teams, offshore support teams and client teams. This individual may have opportunities to lead project work as well as other general leadership opportunities. Example of some of Middleware integration components are mentioned below: webMethodsSeeburger Integration ServerMulesoftSAP PI Minimum of 2 years of Operating System / knowledge of system commands and structures Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience) Preferred skills: Deep understanding and experience in back-up, recovery Experience supporting interfaces Technical Architecture and Planning Experience Process improvement / including documenting and implementation of processes Disaster Recovery planning/testing Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment Assist in the definition and implementation of process improvement Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills Excellent customer service skills Excellent leadership skills Ability to prioritize and complete task within schedule Ability to resolve technical issues and escalate issues when appropriate Provide formal feedback to junior members of the team COVID-19 update:The safety and well-being of our candidates, our people and their families continues to be a top priority.
