Operations is one of four services that make up one Accenture the others are Strategy and Consulting, Interactive and Technology.
Accenture is seeking an Operations Solution Architect Senior Manager to join the Solution Architect (SA) team. This position is a critical client facing role that interprets and translates client requirements into a solution that can be configured from a standard set of offerings. The Solution Architecture Senior Manager will sometimes operate as a single point of contact while other times as part of a team of SAs.
As a Solution Architect, the candidate will focus primarily on:
Managing and developing solutions for complex business process outsourcing
Driving solutions aligned to the latest innovative business and technology advancements
Creating winnable and deliverable solutions
Creating and articulating compelling value propositions and stories to a client
Solutioning in the new by using leading operational and commercial levers to ensure total value is enabled at all layers of the deal construct.
Main responsibilities will include:
Development and ownership of the complex, multitower solutions underpinning compelling proposals that maximize Accentures competitive position in the BPO space
Setting the direction of each bid including developing the solution strategy in close consultation with the Sales lead
Articulation of the solution in clear, concise language that the customer understands
Ensuring alignment of the solution to the customers buying criteria
Collaborate with other architects from Accentures BPO organization, including delivery, mobilization, technology etc., to plan and architect the overall delivery architecture and capabilities and produce a coherent solution
Relationship management with customers and partners at all levels of their organizations
Accountability for the costs associated with the proposed solution and the capture of these within a cost model
Leading the internal Solution and Delivery approval processes
** This role can be based anywhere in the USA as long as the individual is within 90 miles of a caproate office.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree
Minimum of 3 years of experience with a consulting / professional services firm or Supply Chain Delivery
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Supply Chain aaS (as a service)
Minimum of 2 years of experience with outsourcing, solution planning and/or deal shaping
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters degree
SAP experience
Local market knowledge (i.e., what will work in a particular geography)
Industry knowledge (i.e., how does a solution need to be adapted to address specific industry processes and needs)
Demonstrated advanced data interpretation skills
Demonstrated advanced expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
Demonstrated deal experience with Negotiate to Close and Value Proposition
Demonstrated experience with cost modeling and pricing strategy
Specific experience with solution planning for outsourcing methodology
Specific experience with developing Service Transition and Solution Realization approaches

As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
