Online Sales Consultant
The Online Sales Consultant who will support the sales and marketing initiatives of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***., Inc. The position responds, qualifies, and manages internet, phone, chat, and e-mail information requests.

Reporting:
The Online Sales Consultant will report to the Corporate VP of Marketing.

AUTHORITY: The following are granted to the Online Sales Consultant
To exercise the responsibilities, and perform the day-to-day duties, of this position. This includes full decision-making authority for all responsibilities and duties managed, within the guidelines provided by the company's Employee Manual and Operations Manual.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following are upheld by the Online Sales Consultant:
Role Model and live the Company's Values and Behaviors. Know the Company's Vision, Mission, and Objectives and continually communicate and reinforce these to Team Members.
Adheres to the company's Employee Manual.
Meets, and where possible exceeds, the department's goals and initiatives.
Maintains open communication with all personnel.
Analyzes and evaluates data available to establish departmental objectives, and goals.
Submits all forms and reports in a complete, accurate, and timely basis.
Maintains a reasonable work environment and provides adequate safeguards for the work-related health and safety of employees. This includes ensuring the department complies with all Federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Establishes and maintains all external relationships consistent with the objectives, operating philosophy, and desired image of the company, re: customer relations, public relations, corporate approved vendor relations, community relations.
Maintaining confidentiality on all corporate subjects so classified.
Foster, encourage, and reward a fun, positive, successful values-based culture!
PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
The following duties are performed by the Online Sales Consultant:
Miscellaneous
Provide same day, immediate email/phone response to all internet leads from **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. website and 3rd party sources.
Respond quickly to Live Chat inquiries and convert to on-site appointments.
Qualify leads and follow up multiple times with online prospects until an appointment is made to meet with an On-Site Sales Consultant
Send out approved marketing collateral and email correspondence to leads.
Maintain a database of leads through CRM prior to hand-off to On-Site team.
Maintain a toll-free or division-specific phone number and voicemail for leads.
Assist prospect in selecting the best **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. location for prospective homebuyers.
Provide reporting of lead activity and appointment conversion weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
Monitor website data on company website, MLS, and all 3rd party websites, including but not limited to Zillow, newhomesource.com/BDX, Realtor.com. Report inconsistencies to Corporate Marketing Team and Division Sales Leader(s)
Provide reporting, conversion rates, aggregate data and make recommendations based on results to improve the online customer experience.
Provides consistent follow-up with all leads received at the 3, 7, 14, 21 and 28 day milestones.
Other projects assigned.
External Events:
Participate when needed at grand openings and community events (5% local travel)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
The following are expected of the Online Sales Consultant:
High energy, positive, can-do attitude
Real Estate License required in certain states €“ Current and in good standing with BRE or associated Real Estate Commission €“ Not required in Colorado.
Advanced internet, email, and sales contact CRM experience (Sales Simplicity/Sales Force a plus)
Proficient at overcoming various sales objectives and concerns.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and CRM management
Typing 45 WPM
Detail oriented, outstanding follow-up skills, customer focused.
Excellent email writing and telephone communication skills
Solid organizational, planning, and managing skills.
Must be able to work in an unstructured environment and quickly tackle ad-hoc projects with minimal supervision.
Prioritize time well, juggle several projects at once and experience working under deadlines.
EXPERIENCE:
Four years of sales/marketing experience. Real estate marketing or homebuilding industry experience is preferred.
EDUCATION:
High School diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's Degree preferred, in marketing or related business field
EEO/OSHA/ADA:
Able to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Able to navigate two flights of stairs without harm. Able to lift up to 50 pounds unaided. Able and willing to travel extensively, if needed.
