 Aon is looking for an Investment Consulting Client Intake Manager  Job Responsibilities:Responsible/accountable for the overall client intake processManage intake admin team who take care of day-to-day intake tasksManage some new client intakes directlyCollaborate with other groups to ensure successful client intake process (Delegated Ops, Sales, Finance, Compliance)Run periodic audits to ensure all required clients have completed intake processContinue to enhance the intake process as needed to increase efficiencies and better support internal business requirements associated with bringing on new clientsServe as main resource/point of contact for AIUSA internal SharePoint tools and resourcesHelp/educate colleagues with SharePoint sites/tools as neededManage SharePoint lists/data that support business processesComplete initial audit of permissions/access across all internal SharePoint sites; develop process for and conduct periodic reviews of user accessDevelop/manage Power Automate flows to support/increase efficiencies of business workflowsSupport and/or serve a project manager for other ad hoc business process projects/activities, such as: Internal Audit, business process monitoring, data management, network drive access, etc.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree and/or meaningful experience with implementing processes in an organizationOutstanding technical and analytical skillsAccuracy and attention to detailExcellent communication skillsExperience with technology solutions such as Microsoft suite of programs and SharePoint We offer you A competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization. The salary range for this position is $58,100 to $77,500 annually.
