Achieve customer support service levels by accurately forecasting, planning and scheduling calls contacts or work volumes and staff vendors to ensure optimal performance. Provide ongoing and frequent interaction with management operations, staff, vendors or clients, as required, to achieve optimum results. Key Responsibilities: Understand Workforce Management needs and assist on scheduling and real time monitoring. Assists in discussions regarding new hire training and cross training for skills to ensure staffing is maintained at the forecasted level. Collect, organize, analyze, and research data for trends and apply to the skilling processes. Participate in maintaining the skilling and scheduling templates for the employees along with gaining understanding of the reports regarding performance. * Must be available for work Saturday or Sunday as well as business hours between 8AM 5PM ET (7AM 4PM CT). Basic Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience in Workforce Management 1 with experience building schedules, vacation management and forecasting tools (such as IEX, Blue Pumpkin, Aspect or Verint 360 ) Preferred Qualifications 1 year in Microsoft OfficeTools working with large data sets Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts and skills Ability to work individually or on a team to identify potential impacts to call center staffing or metrics based on performance trends.
