We currently seek a SeniorDirector of Clinical Collaboration to drive Nationally the development ofDaVita's integrated care strategy and prepare the organization for the shiftto value-based care, primarily by ensuring effective collaboration betweenour Integrated Kidney Care (IKC) teammates and nephrology partners.As Senior Director you will lead a team of highly-driven individuals withconsulting, process engineering, change management, and clinicalexperience. This teammate will be an innovator and experimenter in developingthis model and collaborating with several teams on this executive-driventransformation.We're looking for an exceptional innovative strategic thinker ready todevelop and drive this model of transformation across the Village. Are youready to transform healthcare with us?Strategic responsibilitiesDesign & execute a nephrology partnership model of care: Transform IKCmodel of care partnership with Nephrologists in both government and commercialvalue-based programs, enabling differential care for CKD and ESKD patientsOperationalize CKD Patient Stratification approach: lead the development oftools, communications, and processes to help markets ensure nephrologistpractices and care teams are aligned on patient stratification and managementapproaches allowing right patients to receive the right care at the right timefrom the right member of the team.Design & deliver on a tech-enabled collaboration model: Continuouslystrive for more seamless ways to share information to/from nephrologypractices, and more efficient ways to collaborate on operational processesand patient care decisionsKey CapabilitiesTeam Leader: Ability to lead a team of 3 (with the possibility of teamexpansion) to GSD on fast-paced projects that both ensure a) smoothcurrent operations, and b) targeted innovation to build mature capabilities.Nimble Collaborator: Partner with peers on Clinical Transformation,identify and prioritize needs from central and field stakeholders (includingnephrologists), and work with a variety of teams to implement (tech,reporting, analytics, central ops, training, business development).Experienced at GSD: Demonstrated ability to execute complex initiatives inthe Village or similar environmentKey ActivitiesLead projects and initiatives from development, piloting, deployment,success measurementDevelop tools and processes that enable clinical collaboration on patientneeds with Nephrology partners, partnering with a variety of other clinicallanes to understand and meet needsAlign care team support with patient needs by incorporating predictive modelsand clinical assessments to drive workflowDesign meetings with nephrology that enable effective and efficient clinicaland operational processes (e.g. patient-level discussions, clinicalprocess improvement, financial reviews)Support project management for CKD technical capabilities (e.g. clinicalreporting & technology needs), especially focused on aligninginformation and workflow across nephrologist and IKC teammate toolsMeasure physician satisfaction and experience with integrated kidney careprograms, in order to tailor and refine programming, support, communicationsPartner and collaborate with key central and field-based teams across theVillage to drive this strategy to fruitionGap analysis of where new processes or products could enhance clinicalquality, care team efficiency, and physician experience in IKC programsA continuous improvement mindset, adopting an iterative approach to testingand scaling new clinical workflows and processes, and the ability todetermine and effectively communicate ROI on new projectsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred5 years of work experience in management consulting, processengineering, investment banking or a corporate strateg
