We call this Smart Working! The Opportunity:  Role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne  The Rewards Solutions practice is a leading team of dedicated and passionate analysts and consultants who collaborate with our clients to design, enhance and maintain reward strategy and programsAs Associate Consultant you will develop your industry knowledge to position yourself as a ‘go to person’.  You will help deliver quality remuneration and benefit surveys through the operational strategies that are set out by your colleagues in the Data Solutions team. Duties include:Client relationship management of industry clients to ensure satisfaction levels are upheld.Maintaining a high level of client data quality through the use of Aon tools and data validation queries with clientsMeeting all survey deadlines in order to achieve revenue expectations per product.Working with Data Solutions and Data Operations to execute on set product strategies.Developing industry knowledge and understanding client segment trendsInteracting with your client base and transacting on tactical questions, developing knowledge to become the go-to person in an industry/iesAbout you:Experience in a Rewards or Human Capital related role preferred but not essential1-2 years’ experience in a client facing roleExperience working with data sets and analyticsTertiary Qualified to minim Bachelor level (BA BCom, BCs)Problem solving and analytical skillsHighly organised, with sound project management skills and the ability to multi-taskCustomer service orientationAbout Us: We’re a team of authentic and smart individuals focused on providing exceptional value to our clients and our local communities.
