Regulatory, Digital Transformation, Operations & Mission Analytics
Provides clients with solutions to manage risk that comes with digital transformational change in core business operations
. Offerings includes solutions that helps agencies plan for, and respond to, the need for change; define and implement sound governance to manage transformation in core business operations; and analytics to monitor and assess performance and attainment of transformational change objectives.
Impact assessments of evolving digital transformation environments and/or changes in core business operations; strategy and framework design to meet business objectives and mitigate operational risks through increased utilization of technology and data; program Implementation support and business optimization in core business operations; and design, execution, and management of compliance programs to meet organizational goals. solution provide clients with solutions to manage transformational change and the end-to-end operational risk that comes with that change.
Solutions and risks aligned to end-to-end digital transformation lifecycle
Strong industry depth and domain experience
Deep agency mission understanding
Accelerators in emerging technology (FinTech, RegTech, AI)
Embedded analytics and technology across all solutions

Work you’ll do
Provide clients with solutions to manage risk that comes from digital transformation change in core business operations
Develop predictive risk models to identify or forecast areas of risk
Implement, transform and support the operation of digital transformation programs across industry sectors, including financial services, healthcare, and Public Service clients
Perform project tasks independently, and may direct the efforts of others
Participate in and/or lead the development of deliverable content that meets the needs of the client and contract
Anticipate client needs and formulate solutions to client issues
Review deliverables for accuracy and quality
Provides coaching to junior staff
Contributes to new business proposals and proposal development
Manage own personal and professional development; seek opportunities for professional growth and expansion of consulting skills and experience

Operational Transformation Management
: Transform core business operations by more effectively leveraging digital technology, people and process. Focuses on business optimization and efficiency and structural transformation.
Services designed to assist our clients with leveraging data as a strategic asset to support transformation change and ongoing operational management and decision-making.
Qualifications
Required:
Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance for this role
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field
5 years of relevant consulting or industry experience
Experience working independently with minimal supervision and guidance
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment
Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
Demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience
Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tool
Preferred:
Experience working in regulatory compliance programs and/or investigative environment
