As an Account Executive
, the focus of this position is to assume a leadership role over select client relationships providing hands on project management for complex assignments, collaborating closely with the internal team to oversee service delivery. The Account Executive will assume accountability for multi-disciplinary projects, including planning/budgeting, assuring the delivery of quality work products, and lead select client-facing activities. Responsibilities Manage book of 10 to 20 clients (1000 - 3500 lives).
Serve as the day to day point of contact for Leadership of assigned book of business.
Oversee preparation of Recap, Quarterlies, Pre-Renewal and RFP Process for assigned book.
Oversee the Open Enrollment Process for assigned book of business.
Coordinate with Account Admins to maintain the integrity and accuracy of Brokerage Builder.
Conduct most open enrollment meetings for your book of business.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
5-7 Years Prior Professional Experience working with customers with a successful track record of new business and providing an exceptional experience.
State Life and Health License or obtain within six months after employed.
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
Requires travel to network, prospect, and client locations.
