We are seeking a Senior Consultant, Innovation Strategic Initiatives!Aon’s Innovation capability accelerates innovation on behalf of clients and expands Aon’s addressable market. As a member of the Strategic Initiatives team, you will be a key part of this process by delivering impact across the portfolio. What will I do in this role?Driving Aon’s Incubation and Solution Development process for net new innovation ideas:Work with leadership of the Innovation Team to identify, categorize, and prioritize potential new solutionsDevelop the initial value proposition, model and testing plan for new innovation concepts. Collaborate with subject matter authorities across Aon, clients, and various partners to drive potential solutions from idea phase through all of the stages until the product is market readyPioneer new thinking, tools and techniques to enable Aon to deliver higher value, scalable client solutionsLeading client testing and execution:Work with a Growth Accelerator Leader or Solution Leader, to drive internal client discovery, development of plan for business, and solution executionConduct discovery sessions with clients to develop a deep understanding of clients, key strategic challenges, and reactions to potential solutionsWork with teams to perform product testing then revise the value proposition, strategy and product details based on the feedback results.Ideal Candidate Experience:2 or more years of extensive insurance industry and/or strategic consulting experience in Property & Casualty Insurance organizationsExperience with financial projections and modelingKnowledge of how to build business case(s) and financial models in order to prioritize critical initiatives objectivelyTrack record of role success and growing levels of responsibilityStrong ability to lead utilization processes that may be ambiguousStrong analytical (quantitative and qualitative) abilitiesWillingness to learn and resolve issues that surfaceAbility to perform well on multiple work streamsAttention to detail and critical eye in leading all aspects of work of analystsRegularly finds opportunities to take on additional responsibility and to work more efficientlyProject management skillsDesire and skill to work effectively in an Agile environmentAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, (Power Pivot an advantage)Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to form relationships with clientsWilling to travel (typically less than 20%) Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
