Key Responsibilities
Helps drive a positive customer experience by building relationships, exhibiting empathy, and providing solutions for their needs.
Create an exceptional mobile wireless shopping experience for customers by providing engaged, knowledgeable, personalized service.
Demonstrate product expertise and provide appropriate recommendations for customers.
Process and follow through on all steps of the sales transaction including customer contracts, warranties, and payments (cash / credit).
Develop, maintain and demonstrate expert, up-to-date knowledge of wireless products, accessories, pricing plans and service features.
Basic Qualifications
Ability to work successfully as part of a team
Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
3 months experience working in customer service, sales or related fields
