Client Manager - Cyber Aon South Africa is recruiting a Client Manager in our Cyber team, based on a hybrid bases at our offices in Sandton.Aon South Africa provides integrated solutions to help clients understand and improve their risk profile to increase profitability and protect their interests.The Cyber Solutions team works with clients to identify and quantifying their cyber risks; assisting them with the selection and implementation of appropriate risk mitigation and transfer solutions; and by providing strategies following a major loss to ensure the continuity of their operations.Cyber remains the most rapidly evolving yet poorly understood risk topic for many of our clients. The Cyber Solutions team works with clients across all business sectors to deliver solutions that measure and mitigate cyber risks.  Aon is in the business of better decisions At Aon, we shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world.  As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.  What the day will look like Build business relationships within and outside Aon to identify and execute sales opportunitiesTake accountability for project budgets and client deliverablesDevelop thought leadership and deliver industry presentations and papersContinue to improve the solutions and professional practice of the teamParticipate in a portfolio of client engagements across UK and EMEACoaching team members through sharing of insight and knowledgeUnderstanding and anticipating client needs based on a strong understandingDeliver across a range of Cybersecurity services:Cybersecurity Risk AssessmentCybersecurity Capability and ISMS MaturityCybersecurity Optimisation How this opportunity is different The South African Cyber Solutions team is part of a wider Aon Cyber Solutions business and helps service clients in EMEA markets. Skills and experience that will lead to success QualificationsA minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent A Bachelor’s degree is preferableMust be registered as a representative with the FSCA in terms of the FAIS Act Must be registered as an associate with the IISAKnowledgeExcellent knowledge of policy wordings.A comprehensive knowledge of the South African and international short-term insurance markets. An in-depth strategic knowledge of industry and business strategies and company goals.
